RETURN & REFUND POLICY
NexSight Security (NSS)

Thank you for purchasing from NexSight Security. We strive to provide quality products, installations, and services. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
- GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Include all accessories and components
- Not show signs of misuse, damage, or modification
Returns may require proof of purchase.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items may be non-refundable or non-returnable:
- Special-order equipment
- Custom-configured systems
- Preconfigured network equipment
- Used or installed products
- Opened software licenses
- Digital products or downloads
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom-built ready kits
- Government or commercial custom orders
- INSTALLATION SERVICES
Labor, installation, configuration, and service fees are generally non-refundable once work has been completed.
If an installation issue is determined to be caused by NexSight Security workmanship, we may repair or correct the issue under our workmanship warranty.
- RESTOCKING FEES
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on:
- Product condition
- Manufacturer policies
- Opened packaging
- Missing accessories
Restocking fees may range from 10% to 25%.
- DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Customers must inspect all items upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact NexSight Security within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the damage
- Keep all original packaging
We may repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation and manufacturer policies.
- REFUND PROCESS
Once a return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable
- RETURN SHIPPING
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived defective
- The return was approved due to an error by NexSight Security
We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns.
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment.
Custom orders, configured systems, and special-order items may not be canceled once equipment has been ordered or work has started.
- WARRANTY CLAIMS
Some products are covered under manufacturer warranty rather than direct refund eligibility.
Warranty claims may require:
- Troubleshooting
- Manufacturer approval
- Repair or replacement procedures
- READY KIT RETURNS
Ready-to-install kits may only qualify for return if:
- Equipment has not been installed
- All components are included
- Packaging is intact
Opened or partially installed kits may be subject to partial refunds or denied returns.
- NETWORKING & CONFIGURATION SERVICES
Network configuration, remote programming, rack organization, switch programming, antenna alignment, and access point setup services are considered completed digital/service labor and are generally non-refundable once performed.
